On April 18-19, 2015 the Black is Back Coalition for Social Justice, Peace and Reparations held a national conference in St. Louis, MO to launch a campaign to win "black community control of the police."

This conference followed the Black People's Grand Jury in Ferguson, where the determination was made that Darren Wilson should be indicted for the murder of Mike Brown.

This event moved to consolidate a practical program to put an end to police violence and murder.

In this pamphlet is Chairman Omali Yeshitela's keynote address, explaining the demand for Black Community Control of the Police.
